How it works
I will arrive 1 to 1.5 hours early to set up (I will need at least 5 ft of space and a good area that a line can easily form) . Once set up I will paint the bride & Groom along with the wedding party.
When guests start to arrive or anytime during the reception/event I will take a quick photo of them, and they can head back and enjoy the event or dance floor! After the photo is taken at any moment of the night (LIMITED one portrait per person/couple/family 1-4 guests) to ensure everyone gets one. I will start painting, capturing their hair color, skin tone and attire.
All paintings will all be placed in protective cello sleeves. Illustrations can be picked up as they are finished or at the end of the night. Guests are always welcome to watch the live illustration process!
Most to all paintings will be done the night of. If I do not finish during the time slot you have chosen I will then finish them at home and send them to you via mail.

Each painting will feature a photo on the back of your guest for those who didn't receive one at your wedding. this will also help you send them to the right person or family.
Can the paper be customized?
Absolutely! Names, Date or a logo can be added to the paper for an additional $150.

Will you draw the newlyweds or hosts?
Included in your package is a custom 8"x10" newlywed or host drawing that will be delivered after the wedding in a much more refined, detailed style. They will also get a 6"x8" just like the others, that will be at my table for all guest to look at.

Do Guests need to sit still while they are being drawn?
NOPE! Photos are taken of the guest as they arrive. While your guests enjoy the evening I illustrate them in their fabulous attire. Illustrations can be picked up as they are finished or at the end of the night. Guest are always welcome to watch the live illustration process!

Do you go around to tables at the wedding or do the guest come to you?
They come to me! I ask that you have an area at the venue for me and my 5ft table. A line forms pretty organically so you want it to be located somewhere in the venue where guests can easily see me, but it wont get in the way of caterers, bartenders, etc. if a line forms.
Can all of my guests get their portrait made?
Yes! If you have a small number of guests, they can all pose for their complete portrait. I also will also have an option of which allows me to accomplish hundreds of portraits and mail them to you at no additional cost.
